Room was huge, maybe a little bit too big as parts of it seemed empty! Lovely roof top pool and good location.The kitchen area is a little strange considering all you have is a kettle, no cutlery. Identity is a bit lost, if it wants to be an apartment, needs the equipment or a hotel, lose the area. Paid cheaper in the area and across Vietnam with breakfast included. Smoking room at the end of the corridor makes the room smell, not sure if it comes through ventilation or just under the door but not pleasant when relaxing for non smokers Cleaning schedule is a bit strange. Told it would be cleaned every day but cleaned once during 4 days. We did get offered a clean after been out for 6 hours (perfect time to clean) but when we returned to shower etc, they knocked on our door to clean the room when we actually needed it. Clean when the guest is out :)

Great location, a five minute walk from the beach, close to a really great little coffee shop, clean room with really comfortable beds. Tv in the room w/ access to Netflix if you log in. The rooftop swimming pool in a awesome added bonus! The staff were really friendly and always willing to help.It was all pretty great. The only thing that was a slight inconvenience was the bath/shower. I would of preferred a shower as a westerner as the bath was pretty small. The water was always hot so I can’t actually complain.

The staff are AMAZING! Could not do enough for us! Even though there was a bit of a language barrier they still communicated with us very well. They arranged an airport transfer and Ba Na Hill transfer for us with no problems and excellent service. The man who works at night and early morning is particularly nice and is a credit to the hotel. The rooms are very large and clean. Furniture is dated for a new hotel which is odd but it is all functional. The TV has Netflix which was nice for a relaxing evening. Beds are comfortable. Location is near to beach and many bars and restaurants, it is a cheap Grab ride to the dragon bridge area also.The breakfast was very strange, maybe because it is off season they do not offer the full buffet and only a small menu, although the breakfast room is set up for the buffet... I would say for the money the breakfast is not worth adding. We only had it one day and ate out the other two days. The shower is part of the bath and it is not really possible to stand and shower which was not ideal for our needs. The room is apartment style but no dishes or cutlery is provided.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for beach and center.Nothing really disappointed us. Nothing to add.
