Fantastic experience
The staff was the highlight of this hotel! I was allowed early check-in and given an upgraded room with the biggest bed I've ever seen. The staff was energetic and polite, and so helpful with things like when I forgot my room key, wanted to extend my stay, or needing a taxi/grab. I was especially happy to see the kind breakfast staff in the morning. 😊 I noticed they were very quick with refills and clearing tables. They even remembered my custom orders! So thoughtful... The service is top notch. I want to thank Nga, Tho, Hoang, Cam, and the bellman for everything.I can't think of anything I didn't like here. I wish I could have stayed longer.
