Amazing relaxation in all aspects!
amazing views, rooms are unbelievable and staff go out of their way to ensure your comfort.while staff were amazing, they kept asking us every 20mins if we are happy with our stay, to rate them, to complete a survey, to give them feedback. twice is ok but not every 20mins. also at the adults pool they literally had only 1 or 2 cocktails available despite each time giving you a drinks menu. but when you go up to the restaurant they have all cocktails available. why on earth would you not have your main pool bar (rated one of the best in Asia) fully stocked when all the guests spend majority of their time there? we provided this feedback but all we got were apologies. no explanation as to why. surely for a 5 star resort you would address this asap?
