Exceptional
It is the most amazing hotel that I have never been in my life. Staff are smiley and friendly. They are so efficient and doing their best. I love all the details that they have put into. I told them that it was our anniversary and they have surprised us with a cake. We were so happy with our stay. The environment was just like heaven which made us didn't want to leave at all. Highly recommended once in a lifetime.I was hoping to take a photo at the flowing table outside the balcony in the citron restaurant, and that's one of the main reasons why I booked this hotel. But they have forbidden people to sit on the flowing table for photos due to safety reason which made me feel disappointed but understandable.

Amazing service, great facilities and beautiful location
One of the best places we've ever been too. Will definitely visit again. - Everyone was very friendly. - World class service. - Décor and architecture were amazing! - Facilities and restaurants were great.There wasn't much that we didn't like about the resort, however here were a few things that could be improved. - The Basketball net didn't have a court to play on. - Room phones were outdated. - Hard to keep up with events on paper. - The Monkeys made it hard to enjoy the balcony, so investing in a eco friendly way to separate the balcony from guests and monkeys would be great.
