Very friendly staff & attentive doorman .

Many low key restaurants nearby in the backstreets, pool was nice, and the janitor measuring the replacement for the missing bathroom light with a heavy duty tape measure.Stained furniture in rooms and breakfast area. Decaying riverfront and walkways (but this may change with upcoming construction projects).

Nice staffs and great service, we got free upgrade to Suite and 40% off for Spa service.

Loved the location right on the front along the Han River with great views of the Bridges linking towards the city centre. Ideal place to go for a job too as theres lots of space along the river front to loop around along Dragon Bridge and back along Cầu Sông Hàn and back to the hotel whch is exactley 5k :) - the staff were great and I was greeted and treated like royality, shout out the the concerige who was super freindly, great views on the rooftop directly oppasite across the river is the Novotel, defo check ou the rooftop bar one night drinks are pricey compared to the norm but worth it for one or two - alng the river ha noi food was great for food - cheap drimks at simple man pub and further down at Universal pub where a tower will set you back 4 quid.nothing

We just stayed there 2 days but we had many memorable memories. Very nice staffs.
