Excellent hotel. Clean, well run, good staff.Unfortunately my kindle e-reader has vanished. I am convinced I placed it under the bed the night before we left and forgot to place it in my case. I have explored every other avenue so am at a loss to where it may be. The hotel staff have assured me it isn’t isn’t in the room so I have to take their word for this.

Location is really good. Breakfast choice is good. Personal really friendly. Room is comfortable.Nothing, everything was good in this hotel.

Breakfast was the best we have had in Vietnam. Great selection of foods and drinks...fresh watermelon juice was the best. The staff were exceptional and very happy to please.

Everything was wonderful. The staff happy and kind despite the virus upset with less business. The breakfast and menu was nice. Bathrobes were an added comfort and any requests they responded quickly.

The facilities are ok for the price you pay but nothing special. The staff however were all extremely nice and helpful even in these troubled times. They made the hotel home for us :) the restaurant was really delicious local food and everyone was smiley.I think it was slightly overpriced for what you get but ok
