Everything! I lived that this place was down an alley way so it was quiet and quaint yet an easy walk to the tourist area and the river. The out door area was beautiful and funky with a nice river view. We were welcomed with fruit and drinks while we sat on comfy benches overlooking the river. The staff were fantastic: they gave us restaurant and tourist suggestions that were wonderful. They were warm and friendly. They hired a driver for us to take us to the temples and pagoda and the imperial city (you could teach the last one by walking but we were coming from further away from the pagoda) who was great; his English was wonderful and he gave us extra insights and also suggested that we go to the local incense village, which was a great bonus )though we bought $16 worth of incense that we didn’t need!). The room was spacious, pretty and comfortable. The shower was great. Hue to me was an underrated gem and I would go back and stay here in a heartbeat.(ps there was a cute funky bar with great service on the alley way that I also recommend).

The staff are amazing, so friendly and genuinely interested in making your stay the best possible experience. Would highly recommend. Close to the main areas but also nice and quiet by the river. Decor was really nice. Free bikes were great. Loved the variety of food for breakfast and service was top. Will be back!The bathroom is a little small but who cares when the staff and surroundings are so lovely.
