Cancellation\/Amendment Policy
- If cancellation\/amendment is made 72 hours prior to your arrival date, no fee will be charged.
- If cancellation\/amendment is made within 72 hours, including reservations made within 72 hours of your arrival, 1st night\u2019s room rate and tax will be charged
- In case of no-show, 100% room rate and tax will be charged.
- Early Bird\/Long Stay\/Last Min\/Package Rates are Non - changeable & Non - refundable
Late check-out policy
- Late check-out is subject to room availability
- 12:00 to 17:00 check-out: 50% room rate surcharge
- After 17:00 check-out: 100% room rate surcharge

Pleasant
Es war sauber und zentral.Es war schwer zu finden. Wir hatten um einen Pickup vom Flughafen gebeten, der laut Booking com inclusive war. Laut Chef ist die Mail nicht angekommen obwohl die vorherigen beantwortet wurden. Laut Chefin wurde die Mail nicht gesehen. Wir haben dann ein Pärchen gesehen, dem es auch so erging.

Toplocatie, topprijs en hele lieve receptioniste
Het personeel was echt enorm vriendelijk en regelden alles voor ons. We konden via hun zelfs goedkoper een scooter huren voor de Hai Van Pass! We werden ontvangen met een vers geperst sapje en wat vers fruit. Ook kregen we een gratis upgrade van de kamer. Het meisje achter de receptie heeft een aantal dingen aangeraden om te doen en ze had absoluut gelijk. Het restaurant had echt geweldig eten en haar favoriete tombe was prachtig!Matras was niet optimaal, maar alsnog kun je er prima op slapen.
