The stuff gave us an incredible welcome. And overall they did everything they could to make our stay awesome. Room was clean and the breakfast was also nice. The location is really nice. In a small side Street next to the walking District.

The staff were incredible. Super friendly and helpful! Location was great as it was a little tucked away from the Main Street and super close to all the good restaurants.Nothing to dislike!

Staff were friendly, location was excellent, room was clean & quiet, breakfast was off a menu and was ok. Despite our negative comments, this hotel is still good value for money.Bed was an old innersprung that was very uncomfortable & very noisy every time you move. No tea & coffee in room, despite an electric jug & cup & saucer being provided. However tea & fresh coffee available on request 24 hrs a day, apparently. No complementary (free) water provided unless requested at breakfast. This hotel seems to be run to a budget. We think its high rating is misleading, 7.5 to 8.0 would be more appropriate.

Good taste BF with a lot of choices, help with bags from the road, small lift to carry bags upstairs to your rooms, helpful staff, good price, lots of restaurants, big beds, big room, big bathroom.A little walk through an alley from the street, a little confused during busy BF but still good.
