I stayed there with my family at room 205. It was a great experience with the hotel & staffs. - Checkin process was really fast and even they offered us just an extra early checkin. We did enjoy so much the welcome, also welcoming drinks - Room amenities & facilities were perfect as well - the roof-top swimming pool is really nice, clean & quiet. - hotel location is absolutely perfect as well just few minutes then you will reach the beach ( Pham Van Dong Beach) - Staffs were wonderful & caring, I would say the service exceeded customer expectations, even just a local boutique hotel but could compare to 4 - 5 stars service We will definitely & unconditionally choose Haka for the next trip in Da Nang again.

1. The location was near to the beach so it was easier for us to walk to the beach from the hotel and also they provided towel for beach. 2. It was cleaned and maintained properly. 3. The staffs were amazing and very friendly with us and helped us with a lot of information, tour packages and renting cars. Overall it was a good experiences.1. The complementary breakfast wasn’t good for us as we didn’t want to have pork and asked for something else but they couldn’t provide us with enough options. 2. Twice someone tried to get into our room without asking permission for maybe cleaning or for other reasons. It was kind of disturbing but nothing special.

The staff were so kind and helpful! They went out of their way to make sure you were ok! The hotel was right near the beach and beachfront restaurants. The pool was small but lovely!The shower was a bit weak and didn’t have a decent temperature. Laundry is expensive!

My room was very comfortable. It had air conditioning and a fan. Bottled water was refreshed daily. The breakfast was superb. It was a short walk to the beach. And most importantly, the entire staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.The property was faultless, but having a convenience store nearby would be fantastic.
