roof top pool was nice quiet when we stayed.breakfast could have better first day just a few bread rolls and not much else poor for the price

The location is perfect, only a few walks to the beach. I got an ocean view room with a large comfortable King bed. The bathtub is amazing and the room is clean, fully equipped. The swimming pool was fair enough.The receptionists were not professional for such a 4-star hotel! When we first arrived, there was no welcome drink, until we had to ask about it. We booked a luxurious ocean-view suite, but they did not even bother to offer to take us to our room, until (again) I had to ask them. That was really disappointing! Then the air conditioner had annoying error that it turned off every half an hour, and even though the receptionist tried to come fix it many times, he still could not fix the problem, so we had to change the room at 1.30 am, too exhauted already after a long day. In the next morning, the breakfast buffet was replaced by an a-la-carte menu, with "my Quang" (but with NOT the real Quang noodle, but rather "Pho" noodle), an omelette station, and some drinks/ fruits/ pantry -> Was a quite poor range of food. However, the FB staff was really nice.

The room is spacious, clean and new. Recommended.Nothing.

Reasonable price, beach near to the hotel.Worn-out toilet seats, reception personal did not speak English very well, glass around pool was very dirty.
