Buena estancia en Hoi An
Hotel muy nuevo, un año desde que empezó a operar con instalaciones más que correctas a un precio razonable. El personal muy atento, cordial y profesional; muy contestos con el trato recibido. El buffet de desayuno muy variado y generoso en comparación con los hoteles que encuentras en Vietnam.El aire acondicionado de la habitación del primer día no funcionaba correctamente, y a pesar de enfríar parecía que le faltaba líquido refrigerante, por lo que fue difícil llegar a una temperatura de confort. Los filtros también estaban sucios, pero eso es algo bastante generalizado en la mayoría de hoteles de Vietnam. Aún así, el hotel nos compensó por esta mala experiencia, por lo que nos sentimos agradecidos.

Hotel nuevo y bonito
Habitaciones nuevas, grandes y limpias, piscina preciosa en la parte superior, nos hicieron upgrade a una junior suite.No nos entendíamos bien con el personal, en el spa nos pusieron un poco de mala cara cuando les dije que solo quería darme el baño de pies gratuito al que tenía derecho. Inflexibles en horas de Check out. Música altísima en el desayuno.
