The location is great, just a short walk away from the beach! The rooftop is also really nice to use when the weather is nice.Disappointed by staff - We reserved a hotel shuttle to pick us up from the airport when we arrived. This was confirmed with the hotel, but no one was there to pick us up when we got there. Ended up paying twice as much for a taxi, but when we explained what happened to the front desk, they offered to give us a free ride back to the airport at the end of our trip. However, when we brought this up to the front desk again later in our trip, we were told that they could not provide the shuttle to us for free. One of the ladies who was there the first day was also there during the second conversation, so it wasn't a a case of miscommunication among the staff. Very dissapointed that the staff was making promises that they couldn't keep.

We had a short stay with Grand Sunrise Hotel few days ago. The staffs was super friendly and hotel is very new, spacious room with view, close to beach and city attractions.- The breakfast should be improved, several choice for buffet and hot foods.
