Very very helpful staff that helped me solve a hard sittuation I was dealing with. Really caring!

The staff is what made this place awesome!!! Such a good crew that has a lot of free events in the evening: cooking lessons, Vietnamese lessons, board games. They will also help you plan out your time in Hue and want you to experience the best of the city.

The staff was amazing. I had a feeling that they genuinely want to get to know their guests and that they enjoy spending time with them. I got a lot of useful information from them.The beds could have been put a little bit further from each other (the head of one bed is at the head/bottom of the other)

The friendly staff make a great effort to involve guests in the life of the hostel: language lessons, the communal "family meal" and games. The convivial atmosphere makes it easy to get to know your fellow guests. Two afternoons a week a local students' club will take hostel guests on a free motorcycle tour of local attractions in exchange for English conversation - recommended.The air conditioner in the 6 bed dorm is badly placed, right over bunk #2. If the a/c is on, the occupant of this bunk freezes. If the a/c is off, everyone swelters.

One of my favourite hostels in Vietnam. Loved the staff, the free cooking class and the family dinner. Very sociable. We went out to karaoke with the staff too! Will be back xoxo.
