Big, clean rooms The owner and the staff is really helpfull you can book tours and buses to other cities breakfast was ok.🤷🏼‍♀️

Loved the breakfast which included a generous amount of fruit with your meal. Room was comfortable and quiet. Quiet until the construction begins next door at 7am every morning during our 6 night stay. Not the properties fault and should sort it self out shortly. We are up at 630 am anyways or not a big deal. Fantastic location with the Perfume river just 5 minutes away. We asked about bicycles and 2 were delivered in 5 minutes and cost only $2 a day. Big C for groceries is a 10 minute walk. Tours are well priced with pick up at the door. Highly recommended accommodation.Cannot think of anything

Spacious room, plenty of hot water, comfortable bed. The room was cleaned every day and we had a towel change after 2 days. The staff were lovely- accommodating, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty, quick and very good value. Complementary tea and fruit on arrival made us feel very welcome.The bathroom facilities were a little tired. Although the room had a kettle, the positioning of the sockets made it tricky to use. However for the money we could not have asked for more.

Excellent stay in Hue. Eva was very helpful and effective when we needed smt. Good transfer prices and service (we booked Hue airport transfer, a driver for a whole day and transfer from Hue to Hoi An) l. Excellent location, close to the restaurant and bar district. Nice rooms, well equipped. Great stay! Thanks Eva.
