Nice and friendly
Nice location, clean and spacious rooms.Breakfast - no vegan options!!! We asked them in advance for at least soy milk so that we can eat cereals but they answered that they can not provide soy milk. That is very disappointing, because in Europe each hotel has plantbased milk (at least one option). This should be improved immediately.

Such a lovely place to stay.
The property was very clean. The pool was great. The staff were amazing. Nothing was too difficult for the lovely staff. Service with a smile always. My kids were tired and I was able to leave them lazing by the pool as I went discovering Hue. Will stay here again definitely.Nothing everything was perfect.

Top pick for service and value with all. Wifi, Movies, pool, breakfast, dinner, clean large rooms
Service was first class. We arrived early at 9am via the Train from Hanoi overnight. We rang the previous night to check if we could gain an early check in and the Manager we spoke to was fantastic. She provided us with a very large Family room overlooking the pool, 2 bedrooms and extremely tidy. The Hotel had a very nice set up with the Breakfast area around the pool easy access via stairs from Lobby or Lift to the rooms. The pricing was excellent with only a short walk to the old town. Taxis are all very cheap if a hot day. The Service via check in, room, Pool bar service and breakfast all fantastic. The Hotel is an excellent Mid range option, Very clean, tidy and with 5 Star exceptional Service. Hotel can arrange tours and transport as required all for excellent prices. Our 2 young boys and my wife can recommend the hotel as a safe and quality option. As we only stayed the one night we ate out in town, however if we stayed longer would have eaten at the restaurant with price and menu to suit most.Hotel not right in centre, however no issue with Hotel. Taxis cheap and always fantastic to walk around and get to know the town. Easy to organise tours and transport for the onward journey
