Very comfortable room. Exceptional staff. Convenient location.Decor was a bit fussy. Shower sharing space with toilet meant floor got splashed on. Booking said breakfast included but it was not

The location is excellent, close to the walking street with restaurants. Very friendly staff, very clean, very big room, great view from upper floor. The staff accommodated a room-change for us, very much appreciated! Our thanks to the staff at reception and the manager of the breakfast area!!! Hue is a very beautiful city, the Royal palace is a must-see, and we had a lovely walk on the river promenade in the evening. There is a wide choice of restaurants. We had a good massage at the Big Bang massage salon across the street from the hotel, good value for money, very professional.The boat trip that we booked through the hotel was quite disappointing. The boat was very slow and very loud, and the sightseeing was badly organized (one of three sites was in renovation...). To get to the fantastic royal mausoleum, better to take a car.

The staff were very friendly and they gave us an upgrade when we arrived, which was great! The room surpassed expectations. Extremely spacious, well decorated and with good views. Breakfast featured a good range and we enjoyed the Vietnamese options.Swimming pool was too cold for me to relax in personally. Also, I thought the steam room was included - I couldn’t see anywhere it mentioned otherwise, but on enquiry I was told it does cost extra. Really minor though - we loved our stay!

Decor and room size was impressive. Luxurious bathroom. Good breakfast. Good location close to night life areas. Quiet street.Many stairs at entrance to hotel, that would prohibit a lot of guests from staying here. Bed was overly firm and pillows very soft. 2 mini bottles of water offered only. Reception staff were not welcoming. Guest and staff hygiene in buffet breakfast area could have been improved.
