.The room was small with old and shabby furniture and dirty walls. Air conditioner seemed to be very old and was covered with dust, I didn't risk to use it and opened the window instead. The bed sheets seemed to be clean but blanket cases were not fresh, they obviously didn't wash them after previous guests. Soundproofing nonexistent, I could hear very well what was going on outside and behind the entrance door. TV didn't work. Also the hotel canceled my booking afterwards which I find outrageous!!! I emailed them asking why they canceled and never got reply. They marked my stay as a no-show on Agoda, obviously to avoid negative review. I think they did it because, when I asked reception what's wrong with the TV, the boy said he doesn't know, then called smb& said the TV is broken, and I laughed & said that the only boutique thing about their hotel is the word in the name. I mean I didn't make a scandal or smth, didn't show irritation or anger or anything like that, I just laughed because mismatch between the hotel name and reality was ridiculous, this hotel not just has nothing to do with boutique, it is worse than average hotel in this price category. Now when I learned that they canceled my stay although I did stay there, I am really angry with them, the owner is nothing but a disgraceful scammer, I find this approach unprofessional and just nasty.
