Great location, not too far from the backpackers area for food and drink but far enough away to not hear the noise. Can book tours directly with them before you arrive or on your arrival. I have to say a massive thank you to all of the staff, but especially Mr Vinny. I had terrible back problems and they looked after me amazingly. More than I could have imagined, I will be forever grateful for their kindness.

Didn't have the breakfast as I was meeting at friends restaurants every morning. Location couldn't be better, one block from the real tourist street so quieter at night. Best value I've found in 10 years of visiting Hue, and friendly helpful staff. I'll be staying here on my nest visit.Very little. In one bathroom the toilet was fitted within 1cm of the shower partition, but that wasn't the case in the other room I had - 2 visits in a week

I was there at last week, the hotel at the central of Hue city, the rooms very nice, new, staff very good english and professional skill. They give us much support for information in Hue city. I will be back next time.

Staff are nice and helpful, room is a little old since it is built in 2009 yet clean and well-equipped. Location is perfect, near hot spots and entertainment center in the city. The hotel also does care about environment with realistic and effective policies to support green live style.

Very nice location: Only a few steps away from Truong Tien bridge, Toa Kham wharf (to go on boats to listen to Ca Hue), and many restaurants in Vo Thi Sau street (the so-called Walking Street). The hotel is very big and includes the elevator. The staff were nice and helped me book the motorbikes (120k-150k per day) and the tickets to listen to Ca Hue in Huong river at night. The air conditioner works well (very cool).The facility is old-fashioned (old design style, no smart TV). Because of the architecture of the hotel, there are some rooms that needs to travel a few staircases from the elevator (you have to lift your luggage for a little bit).
