Good location, staff that we did meet were very pleasant.Dirty sheets, uncomfortable mattress, toilet half broken, smell of sewage in the bathrooms, never any staff at reception to help book tours/transport (we booked all these with the backpackers across the road - would recommend staying there!)

There was some confusion when checking-in, but the manager and receptionist were really kind and helpful and took care of everything, which I really liked. I liked the big balcony off the double room, overlooking the street. It was a nice place to be if you wanted to just watch the action, or be in the action. We ate at the restaurant several times and it was always good and the staff was really friendly. We were also able to conveniently book a Hue day-tour through reception, and they can help with renting motorbikes as well.

Location was close to everything you need to go see.The loud singing across the bar lasted beyond midnight. Paid for breakfast but none was served.

The staff are great.The noise from the bar on the site was soo loud that we couldn't sleep. The bass is too high. The windows are actually shaking and rattling. I get that this is a party district but this is excessive
