Everything.Breakfast time closing too early

The hotel was great and frendly staff.The food was cold and the steak was hard

Good place to enjoy.Breakfast not good Wifi is so bad

Beach front location. Very clean and comfortable room.Very very quiet hotel, not much of an atmosphere. No music by the pool. Waiting time to be served by staff was very lengthy for there being no one else but us to be served (at bar and room service). Lots of staff about but not very helpful. Staff struggled to understand us as their English language abilities where not great. This is understandable however given that we were one of few European people in this hotel. Breakfast was not the best. Very rrpetative with choices. Staff did not offer or serve any drinks, which would be expected given its a rated 5 star hotel.

The sea view is so so beautiful and we are very impressive with the helpfulness and enthusiasm of all the staffs of the hotel. The complimentary afternoon tea is perfect though we did not eat much, they even brought to our room since we are too tired after a long day at Ba Na Hill. There is nothing to complain about the hotel services especially the staff attitude. We're very happy during our stay here. We thought we made a right decision when moving out of Premier Village a night sooner as we were very upset with the villa room and service at Premier Village.Should invest more for Kid Clubs and diversify the food at breakfast
