The room was very spacious which was nice. The rooftop bar was also very nice and pleasant to sit at. The receptionists were all very friendly. While we were waiting for out pick up taxi, we got a voucher for a free drink from them, which we found to be a nice gesture. Too bad we stayed only a single night at this hotel..All was great

A superb hotel! We were exceptionally well looked after by the team there who organised two fantastic rooms next to each other for our family. The rooms were of the highest quality with superb bathrooms and great decor. The team were very welcoming and looked after us and all of our needs, offering plenty of options for things to do (not only in Da Nang but also in other parts of the country). The kids tried the pool in the evening and loved it whilst we sat and enjoyed a beer and the view from the top of the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble... and finally, the breakfast was awesome!.... they make a wicked Cafe sua da :-).The bar shut at 10pm....

This was a wonderful hotel! I needed to do some work while staying at the hotel on my computer but there was no desk in my room. When I asked where I could set up to work they brought me a desk and chair to my room no extra charge and I was set up to work within 30 minutes of checking in! Amazing customer service!! The room was beautiful, the bathroom was large and the bed was very comfortable. We will be coming back here to stay again in the future! A++.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They arranged scooter hire for us which saved us having to find a reputable hire place and recommended local attractions. The location is ideal extremely close to the airport and easy to get to the beach. Walking distance to Dragon Bridge and river,.The bed was a little hard for me however my husband thought it was super!
