Great base to explore Marble mountain, Hoi An and Ba Na.

Staff and customer service excellent. Breakfast very nice. Rooms basic but comfortable. The location is middle of town. Taxi required to get to the beach and walk around the Dragon river amenities.Nothing really, it was an enjoyable stay

A well-deserved second chance

After a less than stellar experience at this hotel a few days earlier, I returned (largely because I had a reservation that could not be canceled). Upon hearing that I had had grievances about my previous stay, the manager Kenzo was kind enough to sit down with me and discuss matters. I was impressed not only by his candor and honesty (he too had experienced a disappointing experience at a “nice” hotel in Southeast Asia and reacted in a way that was less-than-gracious), but also by how quickly he put service improvements into effect. I hope the staff remains as they were during my last stay.Honestly, the main flaw for me remains how hot the rooms are and how poorly the AC units work. I also think it’s wrong to pass on credit card processing fees to the customer, at least for a hotel of his caliber.

Hong particularly was so helpful in assisting with our onward journey. All staff were professionsl helpful and very kind.There was a lot of building noise from early hours on...offices next door apparently. I got very little sleep
