Nothing.Room had no window, bed feels dirty and it was uncomfortable. The frigde was very very very smelly.

This is a good hotel, suitable with travelling for works.guess can hear the noises from next room.

Nice and cozy small five storey hotel with the super-helpful staff. Location is great: 5 minutes walk to the beach, 2 mini markets just around the corner, a lot of local restaurants in 1-5 minutes walk. The street itself is very quiet. The hotel is cheap even for Da Nang, so you should not expect too much from the hotel facilities - everything is very basic, but just enough for an undemanding traveler. For example shower: it works fine, there is aways hot water (you won't need it often though:), but there is no enclosure or even a curtain. The room was equipped with an electric kettle, mini-fridge, split A/C, TV 32". Some guests complained about A/C, but in our room (twin beds 4th floor) that was the powerful Daikin inverter. The main feature of the hotel: extremely helpful staff, especially the very nice lady - hotel manager. If you need to change the money, hire a car with driver, or just buy a tour to the local attractions - do not hesitate to ask her or anyone from the hotel staff. We did all "standard" tours and a lot of unique all-day trips when we hired a car with driver and just said where to go, and always the price was 10-20% cheaper than the price from the local agencies and even on-line aggregators! Pros: price; location; possibility to buy all tours in the hotel cheaper than anywhere; all necessary appliance is there; quiet street Cons: facilities are very basic and somewhat old (but absolutely ok for this price).Really nothing to complain about for this price
