It was centrally located right in the heart of the walking streets (closed off streets) easy access to the river and attractions. Good value for money and breakfast was good.Very dated, needs a bit of renovating. Bed was very hard.

The hotel location is great. Few minutes walk to the “harbour” where you can take a dragon boat to visit the Pagoda and then Citadel. Be prepared to bargain at the harbour, price is not fixed. The hotel price for dragon boat was not competitive but it may have been because I was only one person... Lots of bars, restaurants, shops and massage/spa places nearby. The staff were nice and helpful in every way they could.Nothing in particular really. The hotel is a bit out dated....

The front desk staff were fabulous, welcoming and helpful, especially Ms Thang and Ms Ha. The location is excellent. Bed and bedding were fine. The swimming pool is good.Very tired / old bathroom. Awful shower and water supply. Old towels. Awful flooring. Noise from outside the room. The hotel appears to be mainly used for large tour groups, rather than independent travellers. The rooms and bathrooms are VERY tired and desperately need refurbishment. Old bathrooms with very poor shower above bath, weak water from a small independent boiler. Flooring cracked and worn out. Sound proofing of the rooms was poor, with noise easily coming in from the corridor and lifts (even though the lift was some distance! TV remote broken. Breakfast was adequate but staff very slow to tidy away and lay tables.
