Cheap but not very pleasant.
.Rooms were not ready by late afternoon. No towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper. The rooms had not been cleaned I think for some time - there were many hairs for example from what looked like quite a number of previous occupants. TV did not work properly either. The owner and his staff did not speak English apart from a few single words which made communication difficult.
