Comfy en-suit family room (two double beds) in small friendly hotel. Happy and helpful staff gave us a nice welcome, including facilitating a much appreciated early check-in. During our stay they also arranged taxis and changed money for us - all with a smile. Room was serviced daily, including fresh towels. The room included complimentary water and tea and a great breakfast was also included in the price - we particularly liked the banana pancake. The hotel is located in Hue’s main tourist area with restaurants and bars easily accessible but it is down a quiet side street, so no noise at night. Good value for money and comfy base to explore this majestic city.Grouting in shower is stained black and needs replacing as it drags down the otherwise good appearance of the en-suit.
