Location is good. Feedback for my request for early check in and late check out before my trip was replied fastest & clearly.There was so much noisy of drilling machine at 9th floor, next to my room, from 1pm to 6pm on first day and.. repeat on next morning. I had to call receptionist but they didn't know about that noise and did not have any explanation about that problem. And facilities seem look like a bitter old. But they were clean.

Huge bed. Overall the hotel was fine, just not something special.Staff refused to arrange taxi pickup, suggested train station taxis, which resulted in being ripped off by the taxi driver. Also staff does not come across as genuinely friendly and interested. Also, the hotel looks a little outdated, clearly it used to be a beautiful hotel in the past. Not a bad hotel, but we had expected a little bit better for the price and four stars.

The hotel is in a great location to discover the night market streets of Hue. It is easy to walk around and discover from the hotel. The room was quiet and a nice size. Staff were friendly.While fully understanding that the tourism trade and economy has been affected by the Covid virus our stay at the hotel was disappointing. Swimming pool and terrace bar were closed. Glad we did not choose the breakfast option. The hotel was is half shutdown mode.

Very good location and quite comfortable room.The reception and lobby in a poor condition. No AC in the lift. The hotel feels old and requires renovation.

The room was spacious.It was not very clean but the stuff was polite and very helpful.
