One of our best stay in Vietnam....I highly recommend ... everything is nice.Shuttle bus frequency could increase a bit... or provide one taxi per day for customers...

This is wonderful resort I ever stay in Hue. I love it.

Everything. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Wonderful position directly on the beach. Very comfortable bedroom and a big bathroom with both shower and bath tube.

The Xmas Eve dinner buffet entertainment was sincere and very friendly, involving the hotel guests and putting in a lot of effort from the staff. The party lights and stage out by the pool were fun. The raffle with prizes ( wine, spa vouchers) for random table numbers was a nice touch. The beach setting is lovely although very windy in the afternoon.Many power points in the room did not work. It felt like maintenance was being avoided. There was space outside for loungers or a table and 4 chairs ( this was a family room) but nothing there.

Spacious comfortable rooms. Attractive beachfront location within the village of Hai Tien. Pleasant pool area under palm trees. Varied and enticing breakfast buffet with a mix of western and Vietnamese options.The location of the reception area at first floor level was a little inconvenient for luggage and pram access. Fitness centre equipment was a little tired.
