Very great location, easily travelled to the Citadel as well as Mai Thuc Loan street which is a vibrant, busy street with local foods and convenience stores. The house is well decorated, gives off a Japanese - like vibes with wooden floor/door/window. Our rooms is a big one with 6 separate smaller rooms sharing a hallway that becomes our room's private communal area. Outside room is a designated communal area, and shared bathrooms make it very convenience for all guests. Complimentary water is offered everyday in glass bottle, very eco-friendly. Guest can rent motorbike for VND130.000/day. The host is helpful and friendly.- the close proximity of the rooms without soundproof walls -> noisy sound from chitchat of other room is significant - cleanliness of the floor/room should be improved - staff usually open guest room's door without knocking
