Excellent
The hotel was clean and well designed, breakfast was okay (more asian styled), spacious room, had a walkable distance for the beach and amazing stuff that were willing to help you with everything.I guess one or 2 days cleaning lady didn’t change the bed sheets, bc i’ve seen my stain from coffee for 2 days, but it’s a minor thing. And mostly all the time the bathroom was overflowing as they don’t have curtains and i think almost ALL Vietnam as well

Very reasonable for short or long stay and no problem raised too diffi
Very proactive, smiling and helpful staff when pointing out some shortcomings and all issues sorted out to our satisfaction. The food available each day for breakfast was varied and excellent and freshly cooked eggs to your liking. Plentiful choices. Help to use lift to ground level, rather than walking down steep steps with no handrails, willingly and cheerfully given.Bathroom plumbing had some issues - slow draining of shower water and toilet blocked on some occasions. But as said before - immediately dealt with when advised. Bathroom lighting somewhat dim - could do with much brighter light there.
