Pool beautiful, oceanfront villa gorgeous view and nice home with essentially 4 master suites with attached luxurious bathrooms and safe in every room. Spa nice with good prices - good be bit more luxury Breakfast very nice with good choices and nice servers though at times difficult to track down (being charged for soda etc sort of a drag) TV, wifi etc Location: beach area convenient to Hoi An (20-25min) and Da Nang (10-15 min), Walk across the street to Marble Mountain! Sent my son a birthday cake without being asked, ginger tea prepared for ill husband and son and delivered breakfast to them as they could not go to restaurant.Every pool and "hot tub" cold which meant could not enjoy, beach not swimmable in December Dinner just so-so Getting charged for bottled water when in expensive villa, no easy place to purchase Can't use kitchen in villas unless staying one month?? so left with microwave and room service? MAJOR issue : Have MAJOR concerns about management and fair treatment - had a bathroom with odor that impacted use during entire stay - had engineer onsite several times to fix - sent us a fruit plate and then when I complained for third time before check out I was told would be given 10% off our bill which I was satisfied with as compensation as rest of stay nice, when we checked out 24 hours later I was told it was only on incidental charges (drinks, massage) which amounted to $50, when villa per night was over $1,000 a night, spent 45 min trying to resolve with 3 managers and booking.com, managers seem NOT to be empowered by management, would not put issue in writing, would not talk with booking.com staff when they called.....I left VERY UNHAPPY - no one has reached out from the property it seems they just want this all to go away! You may want to consider staying at a more international brand as things they were offering - upgrade on all subsequent stays etc.... did not do much for me as opposed to if they had been major hotel chain points, free night etc...Hyatt right next to this resort was also very nice would likely stay there or somewhere else next time which is a shame because I liked the international feel of guests, staff, food choices, spa etc...

Pool and beach where amazing.A taxi driver tried to rip us of driving around in the wrong direction. And the hotel staff called him. He was waiting across the road. Got the filling it was going on all the time. We reported it to the hotel
