The hotel is very well located in the heart of the new Hue area, in a quiet street. The overall quality of the hotel is excellent, the main added-value being the pool! Finally the value for quality is very interesting for a 4*. I would gladly recommend this hotel!

Super clean, v friendly helpful staff and always smiling! It has a very calm atmosphere- and pool is welcoming! TV (some English channels inc BBC World News). Close to restaurants (inc Hahn) and 15 min short walk to Imperial City or taxi (33,000 dong).Norhing

perfect location (just slightly away from the loud downtown crowd), nice large rooms, very pleasant staff.

Staff were friendly, breakfast was very good, lots of choices. The location was excellent, just round the corner from loads of restaurants. The area across the road becomes a pedestrian area on Fridays and Saturdays, with people at each entrance to ensure no-one drives through. We booked a suite and the rooms were massive, we even had two toilets. We loved the cookies left on the bed in the evenings.The only reason I haven’t given this hotel a 10 is because we booked a suite so we could have a living area. Unfortunately the sofa was so uncomfortable that we couldn’t sit on it for longer than a few moments so we didn’t use the living area. Apart from that everything was fine. If we had booked a normal room, it would probably score a 10
