I was really surprised with this hotel, given some bad comments I had read beforehand. It is not a small hotel but it has this ambiance, it is quite and calm. Swimming pool was better than expected, perfectly clean and cool-warm (not too warm, it always felt refreshing), it had relaxing music. Our room was huge, as well as the bathroom (3 areas: bath tub and sink, toilet and shower. Bed was really confortable. It had a balcony with a table and chairs. Breakfast was wonderfull, with a varied selection of both occidental and vietnamese. It was one of the best hotel breakfast that we had in Vietnam.We had arranged a taxi from the airport beforehand, but it never arrived to the airport. We took a taxi ourselves outside of the airport, and it was cheaper than the one we had arranged with the hotel. When we got to the hotel, they aparently weren't aware that we had booked a taxi and they didn't know that our car didn't show up...I don't know if it was the hotel or the driver fault, but the hotel reception crew was not well informed in any case.

Very friendly staffs, even though some are only trainees. Conveniently located near restaurants and shops yet tucked away from the busy street and the nearby noisy bars. The room is huge, very clean and comfy. The cooking class was excellent and of high quality and standard. The breakfast was adequate with local and continental choices, love the homemade jams and yogurt!Nothing

That's really amazing. I strongly recommend this hotel.the staffs are super kind and very helpful. Actually I have never met those warm and nice staffs before. I often travel all around the world but the staffs made me Hue city so special. If I have a chance, I will come back to stay there again.
