Great location with good river river.
It is right off the Dragon Bridge, easy access to anywhere. Ensure you pick the room with river view and you won’t be disappointed. Room is comfortable with good size, lots of supplies.The hot water ran shot, about two minutes only, during shower.

Room for improvement.
We arrived at about 1 PM, no doorman/concierge in sight. Front desk wanted to see my Vietnamese visa, never happened before in several trips to Vietnam. I asked for a second key card but he was unable to do so, finally provided later in the evening. We had room # 1109 ,may 09 and 10, 2022, it was clean and fresh smelling. Breakfast a la carte with the usual choices. Excellent WIFI. Daily room maintenance needs improvement. Vanda can do better. We didn't use the restaurant nor the pool Good view of the dragon bridge. Fast checkout. Pleasant stay ..Service at breakfast and check-in impersonal and cold. Where are the smiles gone ? Breakfast like dinning room service should be attentive.
