Good location, all the staff are very kind and helpful, really good food room with a really good view.

1. Location - For me the location was perfect. It was on less than 5 minutes from a wonderful beach. There were a lot of resurants near by and a small supermarket. 2. Breakfast menu was mostly asian food, which was very interesting and tasty for me since it was my first time in Asia, but it was a bit early for my sleeping habits. 3. Personal was very welcoming, helpful and nice to me. They were just awesome. Thank you for that. Few tips from my stay in Da Nang: - When I arrived on the airport i ve got offers from taxi drivers for absurd amount of money like 615K VND. I choose a Mailinh taxi which had a fix price of 300K but we bargan for 250K which is still a ripp off but I agrred. A taxi to this hotel shouldnt be more thant 150K - 200K. - If you dont have a "Do not disturb" sign in your room as on the reception oterwise the houskeepers will knock on your door in the morning, most probably will wake you up. - Use GRAB. Its the best way to travel in the city for short and long distance. Just always check if you have the correct driver, because some Grab drivers do a freelance. - You have chosen an amazing destination. Da Nang is an extraordinary city in which ill comeback again and again.My only complain is for the noice in the halways in the mornig. The housekeepers talk a bit lauder between each other and also some other guest was very loud. Maybe you can put some sign in the halways reminding everyone that they should keep the noice to minimum.

It was very comfortable and I saw sunrise in the bed. Swimming pool was so small but I thought children is fit. Staff is kind and breakfast is very good!

Big sized room Staff were helpful.The food could improve

Staff very helpful & their English wasn't too bad. Room good with good shower and great air con. Free upgrade to a room with an ocean view which was nice. Breakfast not bad, eggs cooked to order.Pretty noisy at times due to other guests shouting in hallways and slamming doors. Beds very firm but that seems to common in Vietnam. Construction going on right out the front but seems to be the case almost everywhere in Da Nang at the moment.
