.I have booked 2 nights in Tuyet Son Hotel and I realised from the moment I entered the bedroom that it was dirty and dusty, as my partner and I were planning to spend all the time out of the hotel I was lazy to ask for a new room but when we arrived back at the evening I understood that It was not a good decision. We had ants everywhere even on the sheets. The air conditioning was not cooling at all and it was extremely unconfortable to sleep as it was very Humid (due to the distance from the sea). The bathroom was also very dirty. Did not feel comfortable to use the toilet neither the shower. The breakfast very poor. I am not a fussy person and the choice of this hotel was mostly for the close distance of the sea. I would prefer a bed and breakfast CLEANED but definitely did not expect a 4 star hotel to have such a dirty room. Very disappointed. On our check out the receptionist gave us as a memory a coffe/tea cup, also the cup was dirty on the inside. The staff was friendly, polite and nice, like all Vietnamese people.
