Guarantee Policy

Cancellation\/Amendment Policy
- If cancellation\/amendment is made 72 hours prior to your arrival date, no fee will be charged.
- If cancellation\/amendment is made within 72 hours, including reservations made within 72 hours of your arrival, 1st night\u2019s room rate and tax will be charged
- In case of no-show, 100% room rate and tax will be charged.
- Early Bird\/Long Stay\/Last Min\/Package Rates are Non - changeable & Non - refundable
Late check-out policy
- Late check-out is subject to room availability
- 12:00 to 17:00 check-out: 50% room rate surcharge
- After 17:00 check-out: 100% room rate surcharge

Very Good
L'emplacement est top. Le personnel est super. Le petit dejeuner est simple mais appréciable. Possibilite de booker des tours/louer un scooter.La chambre 101 est au dessus du hall donc le matin on est reveillé par les gens qui déjeunent ou vont a la reception et la salle de bain est a l'extérieur.

Wonderful
Lokalita tohoto hotelu je naprosto ideální. Nachází se na hlavní třídě, kde to hlavně přes víkend večer úžasně žije, ale po desáté večer je ticho, takže žádné problémy se spaním. Personální uměl výborně anglicky, všichni byli velmi vstřícní a napomocní. Museli jsme odjet o jeden den dříve a ani toto nebyl problém. Dokonce nám neúčtovali žádné poplatky. Celý pobyt byl velmi příjemný. Pokoj byl malinký, ale naprosto dostačující, jen dveře od koupelny nešly zavřít, ale díky zvýšenému prahu to také nebyl žádný velký problém.
