Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating.Large construction overlooking property creating an eyesore and a lot of noise. Quality of the food and beverages were disappointing relative to the expectation at an resort like this; we felt that this was reflected in the fact that the restaurant and bar were generally empty and as such lacked atmosphere Property felt a bit tired and dated in terms of decor and quality of facilities (e.g. gym treadmills didn’t function properly) Spa treatments were good but I felt they were more a function of quantity rather than quality (i.e. nothing unique or memorable) Asked the resort to arrange a transfer to the airport, cost was considerably more than a taxi but ended up just being the mini-van that the resort ferried guests to Hoi An in

The private pool and the main pool are amazing. The concierge service (fusionista) was very helpful and help us make reservation to a restaurant and suggested great things to do in the city.There are construction works on both sides of the hotel (only on Sundays is quite) The hotel feels old and the chairs by the pool and shared areas are not maintained. You don’t feel like you receive 5 stars hotel service.

The resort was so amazing The price include two spa treatment per day The spa was so comfortable and we joined a yoga class. Its was so healing. and You still can enjoy the pool after check out you will have a fusionista who take care of you during your stay,it feel so warm and welcomed Definitely will come again. Great spa treatments all works to a great timetable very well run.There is massive building going on right next door but it really isn’t too bad didn’t effect us at all. It’s a shame that this is happening but that’s life nothing ever stays the same but Fusion Maia is still a fantastic place.

.Very noisy at the moment due to the construction of the next hotel. It will continue maybe 1 year or so. Considering this point, the advantage of Spa service is excellent for the ladies.
