Tệ nhất mình từng ở mặc dù thái độ nhân viên rất tốt
Thái độ nhận viên phục.Phòng mốc giường bẩn mấy lạnh cũ nát tivi ko coi được các kênh miền nam sóng yếu coi bị rè xa trung tâm có tiếng tàu lữa khá ồn ks kết hợp vs quán nhậu tối trải nghiệm kinh hoàng đối với mình Mình phải trả phòng ngay sau khi trải nghiệm 1 đêm

Vị trí tuyệt vời, thuận tiện di chuyển đến mọi điểm tham quan ở Huế. Khung cảnh xung quanh chỗ nghỉ dễ thương và thoải mái. Bạn nữ nhân viên lễ tân nhiệt tình và đáng yêu hết sức.Vệ sinh phòng chưa sạch và tươm tất. Tường bị thấm ẩm, ban công dơ, chưa dọn lúc khách nhận phòng. TV không hoạt động. Mùi vệ sinh nhà tắm quá nồng.
