Staff was really helpful and friendly.They setup the Air conditioner at the head of the bed in order that not easy to sleep and cool enough to feel comfortable.. there is non safety box and face towel in the room

Pleasant

Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.We decided to reserve a premium deluxe double room with balcony based on the photos on booking.com. This room does not exist at the hotel. Actually none of the rooms have balconies but instead a narrow strip of brick for the AC unit and doors which open outwards so no chance of standing on it. We requested an upgrade after being given the cheapest city room the first night with broken furniture and shower. We were then given a suite which was very nice but would have been better to have got the room we thought we were reserving. The hotel is run down and badly maintained so none of the photos also in public areas are similar to reality.
