The room was spacious, and had a lovely view of the Perfume River.Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short by a day and could not get a refund. Oh well, that's what happens when you travel without firm plans...

The pool area was great, great location and for a good price. Rooms spacious.Insects in the room, smells a bit from the toilet....

The beds were really comfy, rooms were large and staff were very friendly. The location is really good and it's good value for money. Breakfast was tasty and had a good selection. We never used the rooftop pool due to the weather.There were a crazy amount of ants! In our room, in the breakfast room, there were ants everywhere! Bathroom wasn't hugely clean, towels were quite stained.

great location in Hue, most landmarks (except the Tombs which are outside the city) were walkable distance, lots of restaurants around, room was very spacious and clean! Staff were helpful.

The hotel was well situated being close to the river and also a stones throw from the main nighlife area of Hue. For trips to the citadel or further afield, many transport options were easily found outside the hotel door. The staff were very polite and spoke reasonable English so communication was quite easy. The rooms were enormous, we booked three rooms and each of them could easily have fitted two average size hotel rooms in them.Breakfast could have been better but this tends to be a complaint of mine throughout Asia, There was plenty of choice just not to my taste. Building work was also being carried out so this was a bit of a nuisance at times.
