Very nice and clean with a large room. Quiet despite being very central.Breakfast needed some improvement.

The lovely staff and the superb location.

Sunriver is in a really great location for getting boats down the Perfume River, an is very close to lots of good restaurants. We also had a lovely view of the river from our room. Although we were facing quite a busy road, it was very quiet. It’s also very good value, and the staff are friendly and helpful.We stayed in a junior suite and got the feeling it had been empty for a little while as it wasn’t particularly clean when we got there. We also found ants in the bed, and on the furniture all around the room. The towels in the bathroom also weren’t particularly fresh-smelling. The hotel is good value, but for me, it wasn’t an excuse for a dirty room.

Friendly staff.Filthy old fridge on outside top asked them to clean - second request showed them where i had cleaned with wetwipe - they put a towel on the top! Chipped grubby bath and tiles, old fittings - all needs renewing. Wedged shower head so spray Went on body not just head and shoulders.

Very good value for money. The location is perfect and the staff were very nice.
