The way they create this hostel, I feel very confort with the facilities and support from the staff. It's in the middle of the City, And one more point, they take care of the guest as family. the best hostel i had ever been.

I love the minimalism of the interior design, quite simple, modern but peaceful. The staffs were very nice and responsive via Zalo, which was convenient. Especially the location is wonderful, we could find most of what we want and some tourist attractions very close to the hostel.The bathroom is little bit small, and the shower was not stable, making the water sometimes too hot or too cold, it took quite some time to adjust to the right status. The light in the bedroom was a little bit dim, it would be hard if you want to read.

I like the location the most, really convenient! Right in the center of the city near Han River.The air conditioner wasn't working properly.

We stayed in this lovely hostel only 1 night before heading to Hue and Hoi An but we left with strong impression and satisfaction. Its location is hearty, a few steps to Han market and Han river. The place is very clean, cozy and especially quiet. They do have both communal beds and beds in private rooms which are just perject for groups. What I appreaciated the most is the parking area is at their 1sr floor where we can park our motorbikes easily. The reception is very helpful and always smiling. Their hospitality goes above and beyond to impress us when I came back on Mar 19th, though I had already checked out on Mar 12th, to ask for their help to store one motorbike in several days for a local friend of mine to pick it up. And they immediately agree with a smile. Woa! What a service! Thank you so much, The Secret Garden! We will come back if returning to Da Nang and highly recommend your place to everyone!!!
