Lovely welcoming host family. Beautiful clean home.

The owners are super friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious. They suggested many great restaurant's and cafe's to eat at, and also showed in great detail tourist sites on Google maps to visit.We couldn't stay longer.

What an amazing house! We were blown away by how beautiful the property was and the room was absolutely perfect. Super comfortable bed, space for hanging clothes, amazing shower and floor to ceiling windows! The area where breakfast is served is in the communal living space and it was lovely to be able to interact with our hosts lovely little girls in such an amazing modern space. The breakfast was Vietnamese dishes which were delicious and they were happy to accommodate my dietary requirements as I had been unwell. When we arrived the hosts kindly put in recommendations for restaurants, tourists spots and coffee shops into our google maps which was SO SO helpful! This was a much easier way of showing us the local area rather than on a map. We used this the whole stay and will now use this trick for the rest of our trip! The restaurant recommendations were fantastic and it was the best food we have eaten in 3 weeks of being in Vietnam. They kindly arranged a scooter, laundry and taxi upon request. Even after we had checked out the host offered restaurant recommendations for us near the bus station so we had something good to eat before our journey! After 3 months of travelling and many many hostels, home stays and hotels this was the best accommodation we had had by far! I can not recommend this family home enough, thank you so so much for having us :).Nothing!

The Purple Hue Homestay is absolutely amazing! Tinh and her family are lovely and we felt so welcome. We were provided with excellent insider knowledge for places to visit and never felt uneasy about asking anything. The breakfast was the icing on the cake - really different, local food that was super tasty! Cannot recommend this place enough for a stay in Hue!

It was very inspirational to meet this wonderful family and get a glimpse of a modern Vietnamese lifestyle. We stayed for four nights and enjoyed every second in this truly beautiful house, which is located in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes walk away from the old citadel. Each morning we got served a different delicious dish by the friendly grandmother and aunt. Airport pickup, laundry service and our bus trip to Hoi An were very conveniently organized for us. We also enjoyed visiting our hosts at their second business in the city centre and have some fresh juice or coffee. To put it in a nutshell this has been an exceptional experience for us and we will keep our stay in Hue with Tinh's and Binh's family always in good memory.There is nothing we could complain about. But if you book this accommodation have in mind, that you really stay with a family in a private home. Although you certainly can enjoy the privacy of your own room it still can get a bit noisy in the mornings.
