It would be better if managed more professionally

I am a difficult and high-organised person and seems the hotel housekeeper is aware of my personality so he/she cleaned my room and arrange everything so carefully. Looks like they already know me and that’s the thing I like most about this hotel besides its great design & comfortable room.The thing I don’t like about this hotel is the receptionist. I can feel this hotel is run by a family and the staff there is not well-trained and professional. He doesn’t treat me the way I deserve. Also the location is not easy to pick up a taxi or Grab, very difficult to find.

Very close to the beach.The hotel is located in a narrow alley.

Excellent

Room very clean and well organized Good location as it close to the beach but much cheaper then other hotels.The street of the hotel is actually an alley that is under heavy construction and it isnt nice to walk / drive there
