The staff was amazing.. very nice and thoughtful..The rooms smelled like urine.. and hated the tv.. all online stuff couldn't watch live tv or news.. we checked out 15 minutes after we got there because of the smell

Beautiful architecture, tea upon check-in, selection of home-made soaps were offered to use during my stay, fully stocked minibar. Was exactly as pictured.Extremely loud drilling from 7am. Impossible to sleep in on a Saturday morning - they really should not have customers while renovating sections of their hotel like that. Wish they had told me that before my stay - I would not have stayed it was SO LOUD. They refunded me the price of breakfast because their kitchen was what was being renovated. Though they did provided coffee and Vietnamese candies/bananas. It was not peaceful at all in the morning, but I understand it will only be temporary.

New Boutique Hotel, once you step in, you can tell. The staff were the best by far: Annie and Vinnie (he will introduce himself by Vin Diesel), were very nice and attentive. We had a couple of mishaps but they handled it with professionalism and made our stay worth, by far. Ask Vinnie about where to have a massage. There's a luxury spa (Vietnam price) 1 min away, worth every penny.

Well located.. V close from d Airport n 2 minutes walking to d Beach. Breakfast was sufficient n free fruits offered almost full day. Tea/coffee was not provided, but thet give hot water n u can make ur own 3in1 coffee.. Bathrooms were good m clean n beds in d forms were good. Staff spoke excellent English n were so very warm. N courteous.All was good.

I enjoyed my stay in The Memory a lot! Everything was perfect, from the super helpful and friendly staff to the clean rooms and the amazing interior design. It was the best accomodation from my whole four weeks of travelling. The breakfast is more than enough and you can get a delicious drink from the barista such as a coconut coffee or a yummy smoothie! The walk to the beach is short and there is plenty of restaurants nearby.
