Guarantee Policy
- A valid credit card will be required upon booking;
- For credit card reservations, the same card(s) must be presented upon check in at the respective hotels;
- Management reserves the right to cancel any reservations without notice if we are notified of any fraud or illegal activities associated with the full payments received.
Children Policy
- Child under 5-year old: free of charge.
- Child from 5-year old to under 12-year old: surcharge $10\/person\/room\/night.
- Child from 12-year old or extra Adult: surcharge $15\/person\/room\/night.
Cancellation\/Amendment Policy
- If cancellation\/amendment is made 72 hours prior to your arrival date, no fee will be charged.
- If cancellation\/amendment is made within 72 hours, including reservations made within 72 hours of your arrival, 1st night\u2019s room rate and tax will be charged
- In case of no-show, 100% room rate and tax will be charged.
- Early Bird\/Long Stay\/Last Min\/Package Rates are Non - changeable & Non - refundable
Late check-out policy
- Late check-out is subject to room availability
- 12:00 to 17:00 check-out: 50% room rate surcharge
- After 17:00 check-out: 100% room rate surcharge

Exceptional
The owner (husband and wife) are very nice and friendly, the room is large plus bonus room for reading and balcony, close to center and surounding by a lot of temples. We wish some day we would come back and stay longer. Thank you Dung, Huyen and Nguyen had treated us like a family.None

a lovely journey in Hue
The house reflects perfectly the mind set of Lisa and Yong: caring and finding the best way to make your journey unforgettable . Romantism & The spirit of the hill ! The city tour was excellent ,and no worry if you walk to the Tu Hieu pagoda (15 mn walk), if you get a little lost Lisa &Yong will pick you up.everything was perfect

Best room we've stayed in so far
We arrived quite early in the morning and because there were still people in our room they upgraded us to another one. The best room we have stayed in so far, so spaceious and beautiful and the bed was sooo comfortable! Sadly we only stayed one night, but the hosts are very nice and give you good information. They have a really cute cat and a billiard table.It was quite far from the city centre, but they rent motobikes and also can help you calling a taxi

Feel at home with Hillside Homestay Hue
It's a wonderful place to explore Hue. First, Hue is really a peaceful and nice city to visit. After staying three weeks in Home Chi Minh City, I fly to Hue and stay with Yong and Lisa, the host of Hillside Homestay for 2 nights. I have the chance to sleep in their son's little blue room and I really like it. Lisa showed me the vegetarian restaurant, taught me how to cook Vietnamese food, guided me the local market，free meditation closeby and fabulous water puppery show in Hue. During my stay, I need to finish my homework so I use the public area's computer. Everything is so perfect. The host is always ready to help and open-minded. I really like this place and very happy to recommend you to come enjoy the city.
