This hotel is a lovely clean hotel. Staff was helpful and nice, the beds are comfortable . The location is close to lots of restaurants within walking distance . Breakfast was very generous. Receptionist didn’t charge us for extra water bottles we used from our fridge as a compensation for no hot water during shower in the morning so that’s good.-Hotel was slightly noisy as it is close to lots of restaurants and bars so it’s not the hotel’s fault just the location. -there was no hot water every morning for our whole stay (3 days) when my partner showered. I showered every night and there was hot water.

.The rooms were not soundproofed well. I stayed on second floor and still heard noises from G when people playing games there.

Room with smart TV.1. Should have notification first when can not provide buffet for breakfast as describe. 2. Some staff is not really friendly - when we went back to hotel at midnight, even we only whisper at lobby then the staff gave us a loudly “shiiiiiiii!!!!!”. - Got the feedback with Impatient attitude when we asked something.

Excellent service, lovely rooms for a great price, really enjoyed my stay! Breakfast was very good too.
