.It is not 4 star - no where near it - 2 star? More like it. For the money you pay, you'd be better off in a home stay for a week than overnight in one of these concrete bunkers. The room was extraordinarily small. The AC took forever to start working properly. The water pressure was gravity fed from the roof without any pressure what-so-ever. The toilet hand spray was so short it made it impossible to use not to mention the lack of water pressure anyhow. The dinner was barely edible, for the money it was pretty poor standard - nothing was fresh and it tasted like pre-cooked and microwaved. The bathroom was filthy, The shower walls had hair on it still from the previous guests and it smelled unclean. The staff were super friendly. Breakfast was the worst affair I've ever encountered. Everything was precooked and cold. The only redeeming features - the hot springs and the bed - large and top quality. Definitely not worth the money. Never return, nor recommend the place to anyone I know. A disaster overnight stay. Wasted money. The manager should be on top of these things with the maintenance and cleaning crews. I'd sack the manager PDQ if I owned this place, otherwise it will become another relic like the waterpark...

The courteous staff, the view, the activities and adventure option, the location, the rooms, options for complimentary breakfast buffet... All great.The Hoà Soa restaurant had pungent meat smell, which is hard for any vegetarian to take. Had to sit outside for dinner. However breakfast we were not allowed to sit out.
